System of Growth

How it works

One playbook, adapted to its people.

Every Intelligence Exchange runs on the same four commitments. The name, the city and the industry change. The standard doesn’t.

You build the room. We build the trust around it.

Without turning it into another association nobody reads the newsletter from.

The room that already exists

  • A Facebook group
  • A loose email chain
  • A handful of people who call each other first

The trust we build around it

  • A real directory
  • Real events
  • Real governance

01

Two ways in.

No hidden tiers, no à la carte upsells. Individuals join the room; companies underwrite it and reach it directly. Each community sets its own pricing.

Membership

Individuals

For individuals — the operators, owners and investors who make up the room.

Resource Partner

Companies

For companies that want to underwrite events and reach the room directly.

02

Earned, not bought.

Admission is reviewed by each community’s own Advisory Board — the standard that keeps the room worth being in.

03

A real platform.

A directory, an events calendar, a content hub and benchmarking tools built for that specific industry or city — not a generic forum.

04

Local leadership.

Each community is run day-to-day by someone embedded in it. Not a faceless association — a person members already know.

Where this is going

One Intelligence Exchange at a time.

The plan is to keep building Intelligence Exchanges, each one run by people who are already respected inside it. Detroit was first. Private practice healthcare and alternative investments are next.

The model travels anywhere a group of people already recognize each other as peers and just need the trust built around them.
